Empyre
Wear What You Mean

Bold cuts and raw details for those who don’t blend in. Your style, your terms.

What Empyre Gets Right

Empyre builds apparel for skaters, creatives, and anyone who refuses to dress like everyone else. The brand focuses on street-ready style that holds up to actual use without charging boutique prices.

Built for Movement

Relaxed fits and flexible fabrics that don’t restrict you when skating, biking, or just living your day. Nothing here looks good only when standing still.

Priced for Rotation

Affordable enough to stock your closet with variety instead of owning three expensive pieces. Real style comes from options, not investment purchases.

Graphics

Bold designs and artist collaborations that still look good after the trend cycle moves on. You won’t find last season’s regrettable logo here.

Holds Up to Wear

Reinforced construction in high-stress areas because streetwear that falls apart after a few sessions isn’t streetwear. It’s a costume.

Built for the Worn-In Life

Empyre started in a garage in 2009, fueled by skate videos and the stubborn belief that you shouldn’t have to choose between clothes that actually fit and clothes you can afford. We’re not here to sell you a lifestyle or pretend we invented streetwear. We just noticed that most brands either charge too much for basic stuff or make cheap stuff that falls apart after three washes.

We make clothes for people who actually wear their clothes — skating to work, biking across town, or just existing without worrying about ripping something expensive. Our stuff is designed to move with you, fade the right way, and get more comfortable over time instead of less. No influencer partnerships, no limited drops designed to create fake scarcity. Just consistently solid pieces that don’t require a second job to own.

The name sounds bigger than we are, and that’s kind of the point. Empyre is about building your own thing, not buying into someone else’s version of cool. We’d rather you find us because a friend’s hoodie held up for three years than because we paid someone to post about it.

Worn by Those Who Lead

Nina S.

“I’ve cycled through so many ‘premium basics’ that fall apart after a few washes. Six months in, my Empyre pieces still look like day one. The fit actually works for broader shoulders without being boxy everywhere else.”

Danielle R.

“Wore this to a gallery opening on a whim. Three people asked where I got it. There’s something about the cut that feels intentional without trying too hard.”

Got Questions?

What sizes are available, and how do they fit?

Sizes typically range from XS to XXL, though availability varies by item. Fit tends to run true to size, but checking the size guide on each product page is recommended for the most accurate measurements. Details like chest width, body length, and sleeve length are listed there.

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping within the continental U.S. generally takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Once an order ships, a tracking number is sent via email to monitor progress.

Can orders be changed or canceled after checkout?

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations need to happen fast. Contacting customer support within a few hours of placing an order gives the best chance of making adjustments. Once an item has shipped, modifications aren’t possible.

How should items be washed to keep them looking good?

Most pieces do best with cold water washes and air drying to prevent shrinking and preserve prints or graphics. Turning items inside out before washing helps protect any screen-printed designs. Care instructions on the garment tag provide the most specific guidance.

What is the return policy?

Unworn items with original tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be in their original condition—no stains, odors, or signs of wear. Sale items may have different return conditions, so checking the specific product listing is a good idea.

What payment methods are accepted?

Major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal are all accepted at checkout. Some regions may have additional payment options available. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections.
